The Basic Package - $199 (Normally Priced at $250)

The Basic Video Package includes the following...

• 4k video of property (2-4 minutes)

• Licensed Music

• Text Overlay (Add 3D text on seven clips for an additional $50.00)

• Your Logo on the lower left side

• End screen with Realtor contact information.

• Twilight Hour (30 minutes before/30 minutes after sunset) - Additional $100 Per hour

The Basic W/Drone Package - $250 (Normally Priced at $299)

The Basic W/Drone Package includes the following...

• 4k video of property (2-4 minutes)

• Licensed Music

• Aerial video of the property. * Providing there are no FAA restrictions in the area.

• Text Overlay (Add 3D text on seven clips for an additional $50.00)

• Your Logo on the lower left side

• End screen with Realtor contact information

• Twilight Hour (30 minutes before/30 minutes after sunset) - Additional $100 Per hour

The Premiere Package - $299 (Normally Priced at $350)

The Premiere Package includes the following...

• 4k video of property (2-5 minutes)

• Licensed Music

• Aerial video of the property. * Providing there are no FAA restrictions in the area.

• Text Overlay (Add 3D text on seven clips for an additional $50.00)

• Your Logo on the lower left side

• End screen with Realtor contact information.

• 15 Second Social Media Teaser

• One (1)Additional Location shoot (Park, Golf Course, Local Attractions, etc.)within 3 miles

• Twilight Hour (30 minutes before/30 minutes after sunset) - Additional $100 Per hour

The Ultimate Package - $375 (Normally Priced at $425)

The Ultimate Package includes the following...

• 4k video of property (2-5 minutes)

• Licensed Music

• Aerial video of the property. * Providing there are no FAA restrictions in the area.

• Choice of regular text overlay OR 3D text on up to ten clips

• Your Logo on the lower left side

• End screen with Realtor contact information.

• 15 Second Social Media Teaser

• TWO (2) Additional Location shoots (Park, Golf Course, Local Attractions, etc.)within 3 miles 

•  Twilight Hour (30 minutes before/30 minutes after sunset) - Additional $100 Per hour

Add extra locations - $50 per 30 minutes.

• Add an extra location for surrounding shots of parks, lakes, shops, or just to show off the neighborhood for $50.00 per half hour (includes travel time within 5 miles of original real estate shoot). Additional time is charged at $25 per fifteen minutes.
